Need to Return a product?
To return a product at
The Batting Cage, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our
service department at
service@thebattingcage.com,
or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without
an RMA.

Bats
Any opened bat must be returned directly to the manufacturer.
The Batting Cage can not take returns on bats that are opened
Once the packaging is removed from your new bat, our return
policy is voided. Returns and exchanges for opened bats are the
responsibility of the manufacturer.
We'll need the following information to authorize your
return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item serial number(s)
- Nature of the problem
In general,
The Batting Cage
accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within
15
days. However, The
Batting Cage
reserves the right to authorize product returns
beyond 30 days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted
after 30 days, credit will be issued toward one of the
following:

FUTURE PRODUCT PURCHASES

A FULL CASH REFUND

ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON
RETURNED ITEMS. Customers
are responsible for all shipping charges back to

will pay the shipping charges on the
replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
